This Club is open to students in grades 6-12. Meets monthly on  Monday's.  ( see schedule below )No need to register for multiple dates, this club will be added to your students schedule for all meet dates. There are no additional links necessary. Please allow approximately one week for the club to appear on your students schedule. Description:

An innovative online community that connects young aviation enthusiasts. Through interactive virtual meetings, engaging workshops, and collaborative projects, we can foster a supportive environment where members can learn, share, and grow their understanding of aviation and aerospace.  Club Highlights:  Flight Simulation Adventures: Embark on thrilling virtual flight simulations that replicate real-world flying experiences. Learn the basics of aircraft controls, navigation, and takeoffs and landings. Explore diverse landscapes and challenging weather conditions, enhancing your piloting skills in a risk-free environment.  Guest Speaker Series: Gain insights from industry professionals, seasoned pilots, and experts in aerospace engineering. Listen to captivating stories of their journeys in aviation and receive valuable advice on pursuing careers in the field.  Aeronautics Workshops: Dive into hands-on workshops that delve into the science behind flight. Experiment with aerodynamics, build model aircraft, and uncover the principles that enable planes to soar through the air.  Virtual Hangar Tours: Explore the inner workings of various aircraft through virtual hangar tours. Get up close and personal with different types of planes, helicopters, and even spacecraft, while learning about their design, functionality, and history.  Flight Planning Challenges: Put your problem-solving skills to the test with interactive flight planning challenges. Collaborate with fellow members to create flight routes, calculate fuel requirements, and strategize for a safe and successful journey.  Aviation History and Legends: Discover the captivating history of aviation through engaging discussions, documentaries, and storytelling sessions. Learn about iconic pioneers like Amelia Earhart, the Wright brothers, and other trailblazers who shaped the course of flight.
