Club Description: 

"Writing to Published Author Club" is a writing club where learners become published authors, having their stories and poems published in our CAVA Voices 25/26 edition. Students will either write or select a prewritten original short story or poem, participate in supportive writing workshops, and have their work professionally published in both digital and print books! Through creativity, collaboration, and reflection, students build confidence, strengthen literacy skills, and celebrate their unique voices in a real-world publishing experience. Every student will receive a free digital copy of their book!

This can be combined with other clubs.

 
·         There is no need to register for more than one date; once your student is registered, they will be added to the club for all meet dates.
·         There are no links for clubs; the class will be added to your student’s schedule.
·         Students will be added to clubs on Thursdays.
·         Please allow approximately one week after registration for the club meeting to be added to your students’ schedule.
·         If, after one week, the club is not on the schedule, please reach out to the club advisor.
·         If club capacity has been reached, a wait list will open for registration, and students will be added to the club if/when space opens up.
·         Students will not be allowed to register for clubs that are outside of their grade band.
