Hello CAVA Families,

Get your smiles ready — it’s time for Picture Day, Visalia! 🙂

 📸 Picture Day Visalia
 📅 Date: Friday, September 25, 2026. You will be assigned a group and time slot a few days before the event. (between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.) 
 📍 Location: Whitendale Community Center 630 W Beech Ave, Visalia, CA 93277

We’re also offering Senior Cap & Gown Pictures on this day! 🎓

All students (TK–12) can have their picture taken by a professional photographer while enjoying time with peers

📍 Locations are available throughout California (see Picture Day Map below).
 🎓 Seniors will also have the opportunity to take a Cap & Gown photo in addition to their regular school picture.

• * Registration for each location will close 3-5 days before the event. You will receive a time slot (between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.) two days before the event. 
  
  Please check your email for your confirmed time slot and arrive only at your assigned time.
   🚫 Walk-ins are not allowed.

📸 Important Information

• Pictures are FREE for families.
• You’ll receive one (1) digital copy by email within 8 weeks. *We do not have access to additional photos.
• Families may print or order additional copies at any photo shop of their choice. 
• Family, sibling, or group photos are not provided.

🎓 Senior Picture Details (12th Grade Only)

• Seniors may take both their regular school photo and Cap & Gown photos.
• Please have your senior dress in their best outfit for their regular picture.
• CAVA-provided caps and gowns will be used for Senior portraits.
  • Please Note: No outside accessories or additional items are allowed on the cap and gown. 

✅ What to Bring

• Your QR Code from registration or the email you registered with (required for check-in).
• Register each person attending the event. 

⏰ Late arrivals may only be accommodated if time allows.

While we strive to provide locations that are accessible to our families, it isn't always possible to reach every area. However, we rotate locations from year to year whenever possible.

👀👂 Vision & Hearing Screening (Optional)
We offer free Vision and Hearing Screenings for interested families!
These screenings help determine whether your child’s hearing and vision are within normal limits. Even if your child has been tested before, annual screenings are recommended to catch any changes early and minimize their impact on learning.
